Goyo Travel
Goyo are one of the best tour companies
that we have used. From the beginning Ollie
was very prompt in his replies, extremely
helpful and always wanting to make our
Mongolian tour an amazing experience to
remember. He worked with us to create a
most interesting itinerary and was always
there to answer any questions. This positive
attitude follows through to the staff, who
are all willing to go that extra mile to ensure
that we had a good time.
Our guide, Sansar, was exceptionally
friendly and helpful with good English. She
ensured that we had food that we liked and
made sure that we were comfortable in our
gers. We arrived late to the singing dunes in
the Gobi Desert and missed the sunset but
she climbed quickly to the top to get some
photos for us! Our driver in Gobi, Bilgee,
was amazing with his knowledge of the
desert tracks and he was so courteous,
opening doors and carrying bags for us. He
was very efficient in changing a flat tyre in
the desert. We loved his taste in music in
the car too! Sansar and Bilgee definitely
made our Gobi visit an amazing experience.
The itinerary and other documents are
stored on a phone app which was really
useful.
